Peterborough Driving Test Routes - 63

note: this was a particularly busy time. 1. Drive out of the Peterborough Driving Test Centre and turn right onto Second Drove. 2. At the end of the road turn right onto Fengate. 3. At the traffic lights turn left onto Boongate. 4. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit following the road ahead on Boongate. 5, 6, 7. At the Boongate roundabout take the 3rd exit to the right onto the Frank Perkins Parkway, on this occasion we went round the roundabout again, this is perfectly fine as you want to go the wrong way safely and not suddenly jerk to go the correct way. 8. Enter the Frank Perkins Parkway.
10. Stay on the Frank Perkins Parkway heading towards the East. 11. At the Eye Services roundabout take the 1st exit onto the Paston Parkway. 12. Stay on the Paston Parkway for some time. 13. At the Gunthorpe roundabout take the 1st exit onto Gunthorpe Road. 14. Pull over and drive on again. 15. Turn left onto Pennine Way, pull over and drive on again. 16. At end of road turn right onto Hallfields Lane.
17. At roundabout take 2nd exit onto Paston Lane, pull over on the left. 18. Pull over on the left. 19. Do parallel park. 20. Finish parallel park. 21, 22. At end of road turn left onto Lincoln Road. 23. At the Brotherhood roundabout follow the road ahead taking the second exit. 24. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit following the road ahead.
25, 26. At the Taverners Road roundabout follow the road ahead. 27. Continue on Bourges Boulevard. 28. At roundabout take 2nd exit following the road ahead on Bourges Boulevard. 29. At the Queensgate Crescent Bridge roundabout follow the road ahead taking the 2nd exit. 30. At the Magistrates roundabout take the 1st exit following the road ahead onto Bishop's Road. 31. At the mini roundabout take the 3rd exit to the right staying on Bishop's Road. 32. This leads onto Fengate.
33, 34, 35, 36. At mini roundabout follow the road ahead staying on Fengate. 37. Turn right onto Second Drove. 38. Turn left into Driving Test Centre.
This was the same route but a week later, we were in the rightmost lane to turn left and we stayed in it too long which resulted in a serious fault:

Near the end of the test we were too close and so got a serious error for shaving other vehicles:
