On the driving test you will need to pull over and drive on again.

It is important to check your blind spot:



You should not cause any following vehicles on the road you are on to slow down, stop or change direction.

One method is:

• count how far away a car is in seconds
• then when you emerge count how many seconds it takes to reach the speed limit (you do this beforehand to know the number of seconds).

When you reach the speed limit then they are no longer gaining on you.

If you are 4 seconds away and it takes you 4 seconds to get up to the speed limit then you need 8 seconds to get there.
